John Sikaras
Founder/Principal
John founded Fulton May Solutions in 2003 and leads the technology and sales side of our business. He’s an even mix between your typical technology “geek” and an entrepreneur with 20 years of strategy and technology consulting experience in the manufacturing, financial, non-profit, and technology industries. John graduated from Loyola University Chicago with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management Information Systems. He grew up in Niles and currently lives in the north suburbs of Chicago with his wife and three daughters. When John isn’t behind a computer, you can find him hitting the slopes, playing paddle tennis, or attending his daughters’ soccer and tennis games.

Dave has been a leader in management and operations in the IT industry for over 14 years. He’s worked in the small- to mid-sized business market his entire professional career and believes in establishing strategic partnerships that create effective solution options for his clients. Dave received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration at Illinois Wesleyan University in 2000. He was raised in Arlington Heights and currently resides in South Barrington with his wife and three children. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and is passionate about sports. Dave especially loves coaching his children’s youth teams.

Ronnie has been consulting in the managed service space for over 23 years. As a leader of Fulton May’s Infrastructure Engineering team, he understands that he and his team are integral extensions of their client’s IT department. So he ensures the engineering team adheres to Fulton May’s industry-leading, best practices when deploying its go to market solutions and keeping an open line of communication with its customers. That includes providing a comprehensive technology roadmap for clients that aligns their technology with their strategic plans and business goals. Ronnie lives in Elmhurst and loves spending time with his wife and son.

Kristie Pechtel is the Controller for Fulton May Solutions, bringing deep finance and operational leadership experience across high-volume, multi-unit business environments. She manages core financial operations including budgeting and forecasting, cash flow, monthly and annual reporting, and vendor management—ensuring disciplined oversight and accurate financial controls. Kristie is also experienced in expense management through negotiation of services, benefits, and insurance, supporting a cost-effective operating model. For clients, her value shows up in Fulton May’s ability to operate with stability, transparency, and operational rigor—backing service delivery with strong internal governance.

Steve Liss is a Strategic Account Executive at Fulton May Solutions who helps clients clarify priorities, align stakeholders, and choose the right mix of Managed IT Services and Cybersecurity to reduce risk and support growth. Drawing on years of advising SMB leaders across a wide range of industries, he is known for running structured discovery, translating needs into clear options, and guiding organizations through a smooth onboarding process.

Colin brings over two decades of IT expertise to Fulton May. He began his career in the late 1990s in fiber optic network planning, then moved into help desk and systems support—earning certifications in desktop and server operating systems. With deep experience in network infrastructure, IP telephony, security, and storage, he advanced into senior administration before transitioning into MSP consulting focused on cloud, virtualization, and SaaS. Since joining Fulton May in 2015, Colin has consistently delivered across the firm’s IT services. Today, as Technical Account Manager, he drives customer success for Fulton May’s strategic accounts.

With a strong focus on risk mitigation and continuity planning, Michael designs scalable environments that adapt as headcount, locations, and compliance requirements evolve.
