Blue Plate Catering is Chicago’s premier, award winning catering company, and Chicago’s first Green Certified Caterer.
Blue Plate quickly outgrew its space and, in 2016, moved 200 employees into an 80,000 square foot, state-of-the-art facility, Larkin Hall in Chicago’s West Loop Fulton Market District.
Fulton May Solutions has been managing Blue Plates’ technical support for over three years and carefully executed this complex move project. In the end Fulton May has Blue Plate Catering operating at its most efficient level yet with its new and improved infrastructure and setup.
Reed Construction is a family-owned, full service general contractor with extensive capabilities in project management, field supervision and design build. Established in 1893, Reed Construction designs and implements high quality, innovative construction solutions for its clients.
Reed Construction was concerned about their current level of disaster preparedness, and wanted to ensure that operations could continue to run without interruption should something happen to their production servers, located in Chicago.
Fulton May Solutions partnered with Reed Construction to identify the scope of their goals and concerns and then developed a plan to set up a disaster recovery hot site in Washington D.C. Fulton May Solutions completed the implementation of the hot site which replicates Reed Construction’s network and backs up their servers.
